Shipping Policy Last updated: April 2026 Handmade Production Each Swendy is handcrafted and assembled by hand in our workshop in Solaro (MI), Italy. We produce in limited batches to ensure quality. Because of this, please allow for a processing time before your order is shipped. Current estimated processing time: 2–3 weeks from the date of order. Processing times may vary depending on demand. If your order requires additional time beyond the estimate, we will notify you by email. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Shipping Zones and Rates All orders are shipped from Italy. Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. If your country is not listed above, it is not currently available for shipping. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and/or brokerage fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and we have no control over their amount. Common examples of countries where import charges may apply: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, Japan. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure about potential charges. If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, any return shipping costs and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within the estimated processing time, please contact us at zebbb93@gmail.com with your order number. Shipping Carrier We select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment based on destination, cost, and reliability. Carriers may include Poste Italiane, BRT (Bartolini), DHL, UPS, or other services. The specific carrier for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation. Delivery Issues Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international), contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. One replacement per order: if the replacement package is also lost, a full refund of the product price will be issued (excluding original shipping costs) and no further shipments will be attempted. Damaged packages: If your Swendy arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at zebbb93@gmail.com with photos of both the external packaging and the product showing the damage. Upon verification, we will ship a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged unit. One replacement per order. Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Multiple Items If you order multiple Swendy units, they will be shipped together in a single package whenever possible. Shipping cost is per order, not per unit.
